Where can I get a receipt?
  • Login to the site with your username and password
  • Navigate to your account settings by clicking the avatar in the upper right and selecting Settings
  • Click Purchase History
  • Select Download Receipt
How do I update my credit card information?
  • Login to the site with your username and password
  • Navigate to your account settings by clicking the avatar in the upper right and selecting Settings
  • Click Billing
  • Click the three dots next to  your existing credit card information
  • Select Update Card from the menu
  • Enter the new card information and click the Update Card button in the popup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Login to the site with your username and password
  • Navigate to your account settings by clicking the avatar in the upper right and selecting Settings
  • Click Billing
  • The exact method varies depending on your payment method:
  • Credit Card
    • Click Cancel This Subscription in the Active Subscriptions Section
    • Click Cancel Subscription to confirm in the prompt that appears 
  • PayPal
    • Click Manage Subscription in PayPal
    • Log in to PayPal if necessary
    • Click Payments in the top menu.
    • Select Manage automatic payments under the “Automatic payments” section.
    • Select EngineerExcel
    • Click Cancel
    • Confirm cancellation by clicking Cancel Automatic Payments
